PRIORITY RESERVATION SELECTION PROGRAM


At each new Ginn Club Community and Ginn Club Resort, there are three phases or types of opportunity available: pre-development, pre-construction, and traditional sales. In the pre-development phase-the true ground-floor opportunity - Ginn Clubs & Resorts releases homesites or pre-development condomiunium residences in Priority Reservation Selection Events, or ‘launches.’ Those who purchase property at a launch receive special pricing, discounts, and incentives. During the second phase, pre-construction, homesites are resold before amenities and infrastructure are in place. During the third phase, traditional sales, the community is fully developed and finished homes and condominiums are resold.




WHAT BENEFITS DO I RECEIVE BY SECURING A RESERVATION CERTIFICATE?
By securing a Reservation Certificate, you are able to participate in a ground-floor opportunity at a Ginn Clubs & Resorts Priority Reservation Select Event, before the property is unveiled to the public. Reservation Certificate Holders are also eligible to purchase property as a Founders Club Member, which includes the following benefits:

• PRIORITY SELECTION – Be among the first to select property from our brand new neighborhood.



• PRE-DEVELOPMENT PRICING – Reservation Certificate Holders are able to truly get in on the ground floor of a world-class community before completion of the total amenity package.



• SPECIAL GRAND OPENING INCENTIVES - During the Priority Reservation Selection Event only Reservation Certificate Holders will be offered special pricing incentives, membership incentives and a special Founders Club purchase gift. The overall value of this one-day incentive is over $25,000.

HOW MANY RESERVATION CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE AND WHY IS THE TIMING OF WHEN I SECURE MY RESERVATION CERTIFICATE IMPORTANT?
There is no limit to the number of Reservation Certificate Holders allowed to participate in the program. However, there are a limited number of properties available for release at each Priority Reservation Selection Event. If the Reservation Certificate Program is oversubscribed, not all Reservation Certificate Holders will be able to select property and receive the Founders Club incentives. This is why the timing of when your Reservation Certificate is secured and your level of interest is so important.

SHOULD I CHOOSE TO PURCHASE, HOW MANY PROPERTIES CAN I SELECT WITH MY RESERVATION CERTIFICATE?
Should you choose to select property at the Priority Reservation Selection Event, each Reservation Certificate enables you to purchase up to two properties. Property must be purchased in the name that appears on the Reservation Certificate.

DO I HAVE TO BE AT THE PRIORITY RESERVATION SELECTION EVENT TO PURCHASE PROPERTY?
If you cannot attend the Priority Reservation Selection Event but would like to select property and receive the incentives, you will be able to do so. Contact your Sales Executive for more details.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND OPENING EVENT WITHOUT A RESERVATION CERTIFICATE?
Only Reservation Certificate Holders are able to participate in the Priority Reservation Selection Event, and incentives are only available to Reservation Certificate Holders on the day of the event.

HOW DO I BECOME A RESERVATION CERTIFICATE HOLDER?
A Reservation Certificate can be obtained with a refundable reservation deposit. This is held in a third party escrow account and is refunded to you at your request or at any time prior to the Priority Reservation Selection Event. Whether you choose to select property or not, the Reservation deposit is 100% refundable. Call your Sales Executive for more details.

HOW DOES THE RESERVATION CERTIFICATE PROGRAM BENEFIT GINN CLUBS & RESORTS?
The Reservation Certificate Program is a great opportunity for families to get in on the ground floor, but it also is a benefit to Ginn Clubs & Resorts. In return for offering the properties and memberships at a substantial discount, Ginn Clubs & Resorts is able to dramatically increase the sales pace, allowing infrastructure and amenities to come on line faster.
