Recent Events & Development Progress

Word is spreading that Cobblestone Park is the premier private club community in the midlands of South Carolina. The lifestyle at Cobblestone Park is so highly sought after that we have already welcomed 85 new property owners this year. The local and national broker community has played a large role in bringing in these new families.

The Cobblestone Park Development Team has been working vigorously on the construction of our Amenity Center that will include a Junior Olympic-sized pool, a casual bar and grill, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities and is scheduled for completion by Memorial Day 2007. Lee Janzen is hard at work redesigning our golf course and adding 9 additional holes to give Cobblestone Park 36 championship holes of golf. Our new $10 million golf clubhouse is scheduled to be completed in January 2008.

Outside Cobblestone Park’s gates is a new retail shopping center that offers a grocery store, bank and numerous shops and restaurants, all accessible through our residents’ private gate. The landscaping continues to bring color to the community, making Cobblestone an oasis for our homeowners. 


Upcoming News & Events

The club has several fun events planned for members this winter. We kicked off the New Year with a gala at the clubhouse. In January, we’re featuring a Pasta Night, Cigar and Cognac Men’s Night, Pancake Night and Sunday Brunch. In February we’ll offer another Pasta Night, a Super Bowl Party, Mardis Gras celebration and a Valentines’ Wine Dinner.
