Recent Events & Development Progress

At this point, the development team has completed 10 miles of roads, which will make it easier to transport building materials. They have successfully drilled and tested wells which will supply 90 percent of the water for the entire project. Laurelmor has received all permits for water and waste water facilities and building of the utility systems will begin in the fourth quarter of this year.

Additionally, exciting news for the avid golfer – work on one of the main recreational amenities is also underway. Five holes of the Signature course are under construction. Laurelmor will incorporate ridgetop locations and elevation variations to create one of the most unique golf experiences on the East cost. The golf course is being designed by PGA great, Tom Kite, who plans to integrate Laurelmor’s diverse terrain and sweeping views into his Signature design. The Laurelmor golf experience will include a full-service practice facility and some of the most pleasing golf holes in the US.

At the heart of the community will be a spacious mountain lodge with leather chairs, roaring fireplaces and large windows to take in the views.
