Recent Events & Development Progress

Quail WestSM is extremely excited and proud to announce two very important milestones.  Milton Pate Architects, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia has been selected as the Architect of Record, and McGarvey Development Company of Bonita Springs, Florida has been selected as the General Contractor.  Both of these firms are now working together on the architectural plans and permitting issues. 

The Quail West Discovery Center has undergone a complete head-to-toe renovation. MacGarvey Custom Homes, one of Quail West’s featured builders, remodeled the existing sales center to include new offices and state-of-the-art technology. New features include electronic kiosks, a media room and a virtual site map. The new technology allows costumers to navigate through the property, view future amenities and visit those that currently exist.
