Recent Events & Development Progress

The construction progress on the Grande Clubhouse is well underway.  The second floor has now been poured and we fully anticipate that the entire shell of the building will be completed by the end of the summer.  The Swim & Racquet Club is progressing nicely, with four courts slated to be finished by the beginning of August.  We expect the entire facility to be completed by the end of the year.

The Terrace Grille kitchen expansion started in mid-July and is expected to be completed by November.   This expansion will include 28 additional seats.


Upcoming News & Events

In addition to the incredible pace of ongoing development work within the community, an equally impressive slate of development projects are fully underway outside the gates of Tesoro.  These projects, which bring significant value and add immeasurably to the overall quality of life for all Tesoro owners, include:

  • The Tesoro Florida Turnpike Interchange, scheduled to open by the end of this year, will afford our owners easy access to the Turnpike with a direct route into Palm Beach.
  • Across the street from our entrance, the Becker Commons Commercial Center is under construction.  The first phase of this development includes an upscale Publix grocery store, a restaurant, coffee shop and a bank. 
  • The landscaping plan for Becker Commons will no doubt be an amenity in and of itself. Designed by our neighbor, Wayne Huizinga, the landscape plan will be far beyond the ordinary; more fitting of a private club than a shopping center.
