THE BROKER SERVICES DEPARTMENT
The Broker Services Department was created by Ginn Clubs & Resorts in 2003 to provide the tools and resources necessary to make it fun, easy, and lucrative for outside brokers/agents to do business with us. The departments primary focus is to help outside agents earn referral fees through our unique Client Referral Program. We accomplish this by providing an electronic referral system to protect your referrals; by maintaining a one-stop online resource that is only for licensed real estate agents; by providing you with the tools to create your own marketing pieces; and by ensuring that there is a Broker Liaison in place at each community - who works exclusively for you and your clients - to handle any issues or concerns that might arise. Liz AgnelloLiz joined Ginn Clubs & Resorts in October 2003 as the Director of Broker Services for Bella Collina and Reunion Resort & Club of Orlando. Under her direction, the Broker Services Program has flourished and expanded, with 2006 bringing the addition of three new Broker Liaisons as well as three new administrative/support staff members. The program has also grown to provide services to brokers/agents at four new communities (Quail West, Cobblestone Park, Tesoro, and Hammock Beach). Annie BettlerAnnie joined the Broker Services Department in September 2005 as a Marketing Assistant. Annie is responsible for coordinating special events and presentations, as well as all marketing and advertising efforts produced by the Broker Services Department. Deborah LawsDeborah joined the Broker Services Department in May of 2004 as Lizs assistant. She is now the Broker Services Coordinator and is responsible for maintaining the departments information systems as well as www.GinnBrokersOnly.com.
